6 conference rooms, located in groups of 3 on north and south sides of the lobby, are available.

2  ADJACENT CONFERENCE ROOMS: 15’ X 22’ 9” each or 30′ X 22′ 9″ combined

$150.00 per 4 hour block

3 ADJACENT CONFERENCE ROOMS: 15′ X 22′ 9″ each or 45′ X 22′ 9″ combined

DAMAGE DEPOSITS:

EVENTS WITHOUT ALCOHOL –  $200.00

FOOD FEES:

ENTIRE HALL:  $300.00 (includes use kitchen)

SOUTH HALL:   $200.00 (Includes use of a concession stand for food preparation)

NORTH HALL:   $100.00 (Includes use of a concession stand for food preparation)

CONFERENCE ROOMS – $30 per room (Includes use of a concession stand)

Kitchen and concession stand reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

RV CAMPING- $35 per night (50 Amp and 35 Amp available)

House P.A. (with up to 2 mics) $50 – system not available for use by DJ or bands and is intended primarily for speaking presentations.

Main Hall Projector $75 each – per 8 hours (2 available with 20′ wide screens)
